Aisha Umar is a Legal Practitioner and Notary Public. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988 and has acquired vast experience in the public, private sector and academia. Over the past 15 years, she has provided legal and technical advice to Federal and State governments on various projects in the education, transportation, agriculture and water sectors, some of which have been funded by international development agencies including DFID and the World Bank.

Ibrahim Zannah TALHA

Ibrahim Zannah TALHA is a lecturer and a consultant. His academic career began in March 2006, involving Teaching and Researching and further Consulting on Agricultural Sustainability, Climate Change and Environmental Degradation, Soil Characterization and Classification. To his credit, he had published several journal articles in Soil and Environmental Science towards enhancing agricultural productivity and sustainability. For over a decade, he had a proven record of teaching and research in improving academic prowess and knowledge.
