1. Annex updates on sensitive agricultural lines. Tariff phase-down schedules can change negotiating outcomes for staple crops and processed foods.
2. Regional customs coordination pilots. Corridors with joint inspection trials can reduce clearance time materially — if your route is included.
3. Digital certificate adoption. Electronic phytosanitary and origin documentation reduces loss and fraud risk when accepted by both sides.
